About Jerry Kilber—The Owner

With decades of professional experience, Jerry Kilber is dedicated to helping homeowners make informed decisions before investing in costly kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. As a U.S. veteran, an Army veteran, and a former contractor with 24 years in the remodeling industry, Jerry earned a five-star rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) through his commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Jerry witnessed many homeowners make expensive renovation mistakes by choosing the wrong contractors, materials, or designs. His mission is to provide expert remodeling consultation services that help homeowners avoid common pitfalls, protect their investment, and confidently navigate the renovation process.

Before entering the remodeling industry, Jerry also spent 15 years as a business consultant, including leadership experience as a Vice President in another professional field. This diverse background gives him a unique perspective on project planning, budgeting, and decision-making.

Kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects can range from $20,000 to over $75,000. For a consultation fee of just $150, Jerry provides valuable guidance that can potentially save homeowners thousands of dollars before signing a remodeling contract.

Redesigned shower due to water leaks. This shower was originally finished off with glass block on the top part, the bottom 4' was rotted due to water damage. I finished it off with 16 pieces of a special glass at 6" each.
